How long can i store with you?

You can store with us for however long or short you need. Whether you want to store some furniture to make room for a house party for a weekend or if you would like to store Christmas decorations for the year, or if you need to store that furniture you are hoping to someday find a place for, we will be happy to store your items in our secure warehouse.

How big are your units?

Our indoor units are 35 sqft which is about the size of a standard garden shed and you can use as many units as you need to house all of your items.

How do payments work?

We work on monthly storage payments, however you can discuss the frequency of payments with our office. Once all your items are moved in we will send you your first months storage invoice in an email which will also confirm how many units your items have used. We will also send you a link for our direct debit system, you just have to set yourself up as a customer, we will set up the monthly payments and will email you to confirm this, if you would like, we can set up the payments to be taken on a day of the month you prefer. Once you are set up on our system you will no longer receive invoices from us, however we can send these over for your records if you would like. If you would prefer not to be on the direct debit system and would prefer to receive an invoice each month please let the office know during your initial inquiry and this can be arranged.

Are my items insured while in storage?

Each container of your items is insured for up to £2,000 however if you do require more please ask the team when you inquire.

Gaining access to my storage?

We ask you give us at least 24 hours notice when you would like to access your container. We will keep it accessible for as long as you need throughout the day. 

What sort of security do you have?

We have 24 hour Digital CCTV located both inside and outside the warehouse monitoring all entrances & exits and a sophisticated alarm system.
